Customer Service Consultant

Basic £14,000 - £16,000 + bonuses + benefits

Your excellent communication skills and industry experience will enable you to deliver the knowledgeable and friendly service that we are renowned for at TritonAirfares.

Airfares Reservations Consultants - Working in scheduled reservations department you will be booking published and consolidated fares for Travel Agents and direct customers.  You will also be responsible for assessing the customer’s needs and checking airline contracts and providing the best possible fare in an efficient and professional manner.

Customer Service Advisor – You will be responsible for answering queries from travel agents and direct customers, amending or canceling bookings and monitoring CRS queues for scheduled changes.  You will also investigate and resolve customer queries and take ownership to see them through to completion.   

Successful candidates will have previous reservations or customer service experience.  Previous knowledge of CRS and IATA booking procedures are advantageous, however training will be provided.
